Join us for an author book talk with Melanie Forde Thursday, September 21st at 6:30PM at the Milton-Union Public Library. Melanie will share about her experiences writing and books will be available for purchase with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the library. Light refreshments will be provided.

The Pinterest Craft project will be Tuesday September 12th at 6PM. The craft for September is a Jewelry Organizer. Using two pieces of wood, we'll nail and stain our own organizer! Once completed we'll have a small shelf for collectables and and hooks for our decorative jewelry! Sign ups are required as materials are provided. To sign up call us at 937-698-5515.

The Inspirational Book Club will meet Tuesday September 12th at 11AM. The book is "A Son's Vow" by Shelley Shepard Gray. The group will meet in the multi-purpose room.

Join us Sunday August 27th from 3-7 PM to wish Carol Netzley Coate a happy retirement. This event will be an open house at the Milton-Union Public Library 560 S. Main St..  Carol has served this community for 25 years at the Milton-Union Public Library and is retiring at the end of August. We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for her service and also to welcome our new Director Katy Enright-Miller to this library and community.

A local expert will be offering 30-minute help sessions for those who need help with their computers from 9:30AM-12PM once a month. Please bring your own laptop if you can, but library laptops will be available if you are not able to bring your own. Call the library at 937-698-5515 or ask at the front desk to sign up.

The Milton-Union Public Library is now offering a new musical program. Ages 12 and up are invited to learn to play the Ukulele Saturday September 9th and 23rd from 3:30-4:30PM. We encourage everyone to bring your own ukulele if possible.

This fun program will include a costume showing, trick-or-treat safety tips, an interactive story, Halloween bingo with prizes, and light refreshments. A take home craft will also be available.

Come check out the "Haunted Library" during beggar's night in West Milton (Tues Oct 31st) from 6-8 PM. Staff will give out candy at the front desk as well as non food items for children who can't have candy. Decorations and costumes will be based on various books we have in the library!

The evening book club meets Monday September 18th at 7PM in the multi-purpose room at the Milton-Union Public Library.

Lego Mania Club is Saturday October 7th from 2-3PM. Each week we will have a theme or freestyle building. Special thank you to the Miami County Foundation for the grant to purchase the Legos.
