The Milton-Union Public Library will present amateur astronomers Mr. and Mrs. Ron and Joann Wagner, members of the Stillwater Stargazers Thursday Aug 17 at 6:30PM. The Wagners will discuss the upcoming Solar Eclipse of August 21. Topics will include the why and how of eclipses, the 90% eclipse in this area, the eclipse path, various viewing options, and safety that must be observed with all forms of solar viewing and observing.
