Miami County Public Health and Ohio Department of Health have partnered to bring this event to the library. Representatives will be at the library with the goal of distributing cribettes to mothers in need of a safe sleeping environment who may not be able to afford cribs. The eligibility to receive a crib is: 32-40 weeks pregnant or with a child under the age of 1 year old, financially eligible for WIC and must live in Miami County. This program is also open to grandparents, caregivers or any other family member who may care for the child.

Get your dice ready for another adventure. 

Join our teen librarian as she hosts another afternoon of D & D. No experience is needed as you will be taught how to play. Dice and accessories will be provided. 

Kids are invited to this kids only St. Patrick's Day party. There will be snacks, books and crafts to enjoy. 

Help us welcome our newest addition to the youth services team, Evelyn. Come say hi and get to know her as she will be working closely with our other children's librarian Stacy. 

This event is brought to us by Sandy Gurklies from the Troy-Miami County Public Library. She will be detailing the stories of women from Miami County who had "odd" jobs for their times. One story that will be detailed is that of Betty Lund, the wife of a stunt pilot. Lund's husband died in a plane crash and she eventually took over as the pilot for their stunt show. More stories like this one will be detailed in this event.
