We currently offer 4 different book clubs here at the library. Each club meets once a month in the multipurpose room and are open to everyone over the age of 18. Each month we will have copies of each of the chosen novels here and ready for you to check out; there will be regular print, large print and even audiobook versions of these novels. These book clubs are open and welcoming to everyone but don't feel like you have to register and attend each meeting.
We are located in the path of totality for the upcoming April 8th Eclipse! We are offering programs for all age groups and a very special viewing party for the whole family. The library will be OPEN our normal hours on this date (10am to 8pm).
Starting March 4th, we will be giving away a limited amount of eclipse glasses for patrons to view the eclipse safely. Glasses will also be passed out at our eclipse programs as well as the watch party that will be hosted on the day of the eclipse. Only available while supplies last!
Our 2024 Summer Reading Program starts June 1st and runs until August 3. All ages are welcome (and encouraged) to register and take part in this program. Stop by the registration table inside the library to sign up and pick up your participation packet. While you're here, stop by the display case to see what prizes are up for grabs! For every completed reading log that is turned in, you'll be entered into a grand prize drawing.
